Shower Door Installer - Glazier - $24 - $36/hr

Shower Door Installer / Glazier – $24 - $36/hr

Know your way around tools? We should talk.

Wingspan Shower Door & Glass is a locally owned, growing glass company in Brookfield, WI. We specialize in custom shower doors, mirrors, and other residential glass installations.

We're looking for our next great installer. Maybe you're an experienced glazier who can run your own truck tomorrow. Maybe you're a skilled tradesperson who's ready to learn something new.

Either way, we're interested.

We're willing to train the right person, but we're not looking for someone who's afraid of tools, hard work, or a tape measure.

You'll Crush It If You...

• Have mechanical aptitude. Experience in glazing, carpentry, remodeling, or other skilled trades is a big plus.
• Pay attention to detail. We regularly work with 1/16" tolerances. Close enough isn't always close enough.
• Take pride in your work. A clean caulk line can separate the pros from the amateurs.
• Work carefully. Glass breaks. We'd prefer you didn't prove that to us.
• Show up and follow through. Reliability, teamwork, and a good attitude aren't optional.
• Want to grow. We're looking for someone who can develop into a lead installer, or already has the experience to be one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing custom shower doors, mirrors, and other glass products.
• Measuring, drilling, cutting, assembling, and installing hardware.
• Preparing materials and loading trucks at our Brookfield shop.
• Working alongside experienced installers or independently, depending on your experience.
• Keeping jobsites clean, customers happy, and callbacks to a minimum.

A Few Requirements

• Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy glass (80+ lbs).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.

Previous glass experience is preferred, but not required for candidates with strong mechanical skills.

The Good Stuff

• $24 - $36/hour, based on experience and ability.
• Monday–Friday schedule. Your weekends are yours.
• Overtime opportunities.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Paid holidays and PTO.
• Simple IRA with company match.
• Company vehicles and tools provided.
• Opportunity to advance into a lead installer position.
