Window Installer / Installation Apprentice

Mountain View Windows Inc. is looking for highly motivated, hardworking, and gnarly cool individuals to join our window and door installation crew!

We install quality windows and doors for homeowners across California's Central Coast, and we're looking for people who want to learn a skilled trade, work with their hands, and be part of a solid team.

You don't need previous installation experience. We're willing to train the right person. What matters most is your work ethic, willingness to learn, reliability, and pride in doing things the right way.

What You'll Do

• Assist with residential window and patio door installations.
• Learn proper installation techniques, tools, materials, and jobsite procedures.
• Help protect customers' homes and keep jobsites clean and organized.
• Work alongside experienced installers who will teach you the trade.
• Follow instructions, work safely, and pay attention to the details.
• Show up ready to work and contribute to the team's success.
• Represent Mountain View Windows professionally in customers' homes.

• Team player: You respect your coworkers, our customers, and the homes we work in.

Previous construction or installation experience is a plus, but it is not required. We care more about your character and work ethic than how much you already know.
